The advising process is integral to your seminary education and formation. You will be assigned an advisor by the director of the program in which you are enrolled. The advising process is designed to support you during your studies. For those of you who are seeking ordained ministry, you will most likely have an ecclesiastical advisor as well, as indicated by the denominational affiliation. It is your responsibility to maintain contact with these advisors.
