For Immediate Release
Detroit, MI - August 08, 2021: Ecumenical Theological Seminary (ETS), the only fully accredited protestant seminary located in the heart of downtown Detroit, is looking for students to enroll in their Urban Ministry Diploma (UMD) Program. The Urban Ministry Diploma Program (UMD) is a non-degree course of study in theology and ministry designed for clergy and laypeople.
This Christian ministry diploma program was designed for those individuals looking for a seminary-type educational experience that is not always accessible. The need was met with the development of the UMD program alternative ministry training that embraces the community it serves. Currently, the program does not require students to have a Bachelor’s degree before enrolling. They need only have a High School Diploma and a passion for Ministry.
The registration deadline for the Winter 2021 semester ends on December 1, 2021. For more information about UMD, or to register for classes visit https://www.etseminary.edu/udm or call 313-831-5200.
